The website shows starting package prices in South African rand and broad service descriptions. Hosting, domains, third-party software, and additional scope may be charged separately. A written quotation or proposal confirms the actual scope, price, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms for your project. International rates may differ.
3. Bookings and project work
A free consultation is an opportunity to discuss your needs, not a commitment to provide services. Project work begins only after the parties agree to the applicable proposal or contract and any required deposit is received. The website describes a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining balance before launch, subject to the written project terms.
4. Your materials and intellectual property
You are responsible for having permission to provide any logos, text, images, or other materials for a project. The website’s own content, design, and branding may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership and permitted use of custom project deliverables are determined by the written project agreement.
5. Third-party services
Links to Calendly, Instagram, client sites, or other external services are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Domain, hosting, payment, and software providers may have separate charges and agreements.
6. Cancellations, refunds, and changes
Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the process and general approach to cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and service concerns. The written project agreement may add project-specific details. Nothing on this site removes rights you have under applicable law.
