If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. If you book a consultation or become a client, we may also receive the contact, project, billing, and business information needed to discuss and deliver your work. Website and hosting services may process technical data such as device, browser, pages viewed, and approximate location.
3. How we use information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, prepare proposals, perform agreed services, manage billing and records, maintain and improve the website, and protect against misuse. We do not sell your personal information. We will not use an enquiry to add you to marketing emails without an appropriate basis or choice.
4. Services and sharing
The site is built and hosted with Framer. Contact form submissions may be delivered by email. Booking links open Calendly, and other links may open Instagram or external client websites. These providers may process information under their own policies. We share information with service providers only as needed for the stated purposes, or where required by law.
5. Cookies, analytics, and external links
Framer and linked services may use cookies or similar technology for site operation, security, and measurement. Your browser can control cookies, although some features may be affected. When you follow an external link, that service’s privacy practices apply.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, project, legal obligations, or legitimate records, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage is completely secure.

Under South African privacy law, you may ask what personal information we hold, request access or correction, object to certain processing, or request deletion where applicable.
